Data and purposes
The form collects your name, company and email (required), and your phone number and need (optional), to reply to your request (pre-contractual measures, GDPR Article 6.1.b).
For my assignments, I also process professional data about candidates and clients (performance of a contract and legitimate interest, Articles 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
The candidate form collects your name, email, the role you are looking for and your CV (required), and your phone number, LinkedIn profile and a message (optional). They are stored in my candidate tracking tool, with your consent (Article 6.1.a), to offer you roles. You may withdraw it at any time.
This site measures its audience with a tool hosted on my own server, without cookies: statistics are anonymous and used only to improve the site.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or rented. Only my technical providers (hosting, management tools) have access to it. Any transfer outside the European Union relies on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
- Requests with no follow-up: 12 months.
- Candidate files: 2 years after the last contact.
- Contracts and invoices: 10 years.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to or port your data by writing to remy@la-recruterie.fr. You may also contact the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
